وحسب التحقيقات التي أجرتها الأمن فقد قسمت المجموعة المبلغ 29600 إلى أربع حصص حيث حصل الثلاثة المعتقلون على مبلغ 7 ملايين لكل منهم تم حجز 20 مليون لم يتصرفوا فيها لحد الساعة بينما أخذ المنسق الذي يجري البحث عنه 9 ملايين و 600 ألف باعتباره هو من وفر بها سلاح العملية والأقنعة والوسائل اللوجستية.
وحسب تصريحات المعتقلين فإن محمد امبارك العسكري تواصل يوم أمس مع المنسق محمد ولد عبد الفتاح وأخبره بأنه يرغب في الخروج للبادية ومازال البحث جاري ويتوقع المصدر الأمني اعتقاله خلال الساعات القادمة حسب تعبيره.
